About You

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least one implementation type project related to Oracle Cloud or other similar Cloud Platforms. 
  • Proven experience in managing small to large, complex enterprise-level projects with multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills in project management, problem-solving, change/release management, multi-tasking, and service management.  
  • Experience working in global delivery environments with distributed teams
  • Exposure to both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage and track multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Project management certification (e.g. PMP, Prince, Agile) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience supporting payroll implementations or exposure to payroll processes, including system setup, data migration, and deployment of new payroll solutions.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud services (ERP, HCM).
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with system integration, data migration, or enterprise application delivery within a global environment.

Salary Range: CAD 87,000 - CAD 113,000

Your Role

As a Project Manager within the Financial Application Support team, you will support the delivery of complex Oracle Cloud-related initiatives within a global environment. The role focuses on executing projects against scope, schedule, and budget, while coordinating closely with cross-functional teams. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to large-scale, global transformation initiatives, including Payroll and Oracle Cloud implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of complex, global Oracle Cloud-related projects across both Agile and Waterfall delivery models, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage core project management artefacts, including project plans, status reports, risk and issue logs, and documentation across tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
  • Coordinate delivery activities across Agile and Waterfall frameworks, including supporting sprint ceremonies, milestone tracking, and governance checkpoints.
  • Manage stakeholder communication across all levels, providing clear and timely updates and supporting alignment between business and technology teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including development, QA, infrastructure, and third-party vendors, to support effective execution and resource utilization.
  • Track project progress against milestones and deliverables, identifying risks, issues, dependencies, and critical path items, and supporting mitigation planning.
  • Support prioritization of activities and resource allocation, ensuring capacity is aligned with project timelines and deliverables.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment, promoting accountability and timely delivery of key milestones.
  • Identify and help remove delivery impediments, supporting continuous improvement through metrics tracking and reporting.
  • Ensure required environments, infrastructure, and dependencies are in place to support project delivery, adjusting plans where needed.
