Job description

JOB SUMMARY: The Oracle Fusion Cloud Integration Technical Specialist is an experienced professional who possesses and demonstrates a strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). The incumbent performs both project delivery work and ongoing production support across Oracle Finance, Human Capital, and Procurement Cloud integrations.

  • Design and develop integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP services, FBDI, HDL, and BIP. 
  • Lead project-based integration work, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment. 
  • Provide day-to-day production support, including troubleshooting, monitoring integration errors, and performing root-cause analysis. 
  • Build cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-on-premises integrations using OIC connectivity agents. 
  • Support data migration efforts using FBDI, HDL, and SQL/PL/SQL. 
  • Create and maintain technical documentation; collaborate with functional and business teams. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY 

Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position. 

Education/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field 

Required Skills 

  • 5–10 years of Oracle technical experience with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations
  • Hands-on expertise with OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, SQL/PLSQL. 
  • Experience integrating Oracle Cloud with third-party or legacy systems. 
  • Understanding of security integration (OAuth2, certificates, JWT). 

Preferred 

  • Experience with VBCS, Oracle PaaS, SOA, or CI/CD pipelines. 
  • Oracle Cloud certifications. 

Competencies (as demonstrated through experience, training, and/or testing): 

  • Demonstrated proficiency in office productivity software including the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Excellent planning, organization and time management skills 
  • Skill in clear and concise oral and written communication 
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures 
  • Ability to be an effective team member as well as work independently 
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the external environment and organization
