Oracle Fusion ERP Administrator (Contract-to-Hire) Hybrid Schedule: Onsite 1 day per week or 1 day every other week. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of one of the following: - Rye, NY - Kansas City, MO - Lincoln, NE - St. Paul, MN - Providence, RI - Christiana, DE Video Interview but local to any of this location Oracle Fusion ERP administration, module configuration (Financials/SCM/HCM), workflow & security provisioning, user access management, troubleshooting, system integrations, release management, and healthcare domain experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and configure Oracle Fusion ERP modules within the Oracle Corporation ecosystem
  • Manage system configuration, workflows, and security roles
  • Oversee user provisioning, access controls, and compliance requirements
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide functional/technical support to business users
  • Partner with IT and functional teams to deliver enhancements, updates, and optimization initiatives
  • Support integrations, patches, upgrades, and release management activities
  • Document configurations, processes, and best practices
Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience administering Oracle Fusion ERP (Financials, SCM, HCM, or related modules)
  • Strong understanding of ERP security frameworks and role-based access controls
  • Experience supporting workflows, approvals, and business process configurations
  • Ability to analyze and resolve system issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare or highly regulated environments
  • Knowledge of ERP integrations and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with change management and release cycles
