Create/maintain documentation (configuration workbooks, SOPs, job aids, knowledge articles). Train/coach users on new features, workflows, and reporting to increase self-service. Collaborate cross-functionally using Agile tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, Google Workspace) to manage and track work.
  • Continuous Improvement & Projects: Participate in HR technology projects (implementations, acquisitions, process redesign). Stay current on Oracle HCM Cloud features and best practices, recommending enhancements aligned with LegalZoom's strategy. Other duties as assigned. Occasional travel may be required.
