At i360technologies, we deliver business consulting and technology services for federal agencies. We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant to support mission-critical federal systems with strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, Operations & Maintenance (O&M) support, and system integrations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a production support environment and enjoys solving complex systems, data, and integration issues. Strong preference for candidates with experience supporting P2P integrations and G-Invoicing data flows.  
 
Work Schedule: Hybrid (onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays in Gaithersburg, MD) 


Key Responsibilities

Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Support 

  • Support Oracle EBS applications in a production environment 
  • Monitor system performance and ensure system stability  
  • Manage incident, problem, and change requests in line with SLAs  

Oracle EBS P2P (Procure-to-Pay) 

  • Support Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and iProcurement modules  
  • Resolve transactional issues across the P2P lifecycle  
  • Partner with business users to address functional issues 

Integrations (PRISM & Third-Party Systems) 

  • Monitor and troubleshoot interfaces with external systems (e.g., PRISM)  
  • Analyze data flow issues, interface failures, and reconciliation gaps  
  • Coordinate with technical teams to resolve integration defects 

G-Invoicing 

  • Support G-Invoicing processes and related integrations  
  • Troubleshoot invoice processing, data mismatches, and interface issues  
  • Ensure compliance with federal G-Invoicing requirements  

Troubleshooting and Techno-Functional Support 

  • Analyze and resolve data issues within Oracle EBS using SQL/PL-SQL  
  • Troubleshoot interface failures, stuck transactions, and data discrepancies  
  • Perform root cause analysis for complex production issues  
  • Resolve high-priority incidents in a timely manner  
  • Review logs, interface tables, and system diagnostics  
  • Act as a liaison between functional users and technical teams  
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements 
Required Qualifications
  • Strong SQL/PL-SQL skills for troubleshooting and data analysis  
  • Hands-on experience supporting Oracle EBS in a production/O&M environment  
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve end-to-end system issues  
  • Deep knowledge of P2P modules (Purchasing, AP, iProcurement)  
  • Experience supporting integrations between Oracle EBS and external systems  
  • Experience with PRISM or other federal financial systems  
  • Knowledge of G-Invoicing processes and compliance  
  • Experience working in federal/government environments (required) 
  • Familiarity with Oracle workflows, interfaces, and APIs

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust (suitability) clearance
  • Must be able to pass a federal background investigation
