Work You'll Do 

As an Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for leading implementation workstreams, advising client stakeholders, and driving business process transformation enabled by Oracle Cloud Supply Chain.

  • Manage day-to-day interactions with client executives, sponsors, and stakeholders.
  • Lead Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementation workstreams, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, process design, prototyping, configuration support, testing, training, and post-go-live support planning.
  • Facilitate current-state and future-state process design, including scenario design, process flows, and identification of opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, and decision-making.
  • Manage team members across project activities and provide direction, oversight, and quality review for deliverables.
  • Support business development activities, including pursuit participation, proposal development, scope definition, and pricing discussions.
  • Coach junior practitioners and contribute to performance development, staffing, recruiting, and retention efforts.

Qualifications 

Required: 

  • Functional implementation experience with 4+ complex, full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementations
  • 7+ years' experience implementing any combination of Oracle Supply Chain modules
  • Experience defining systems strategy, documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, designing current-state and future-state business processes, supporting conference room pilots, functional configuration, testing, and user training
  • Ability to travel 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Information Systems, or another related field

Preferred: 

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint) 
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. 
  • Experience leading an entire work stream of relevant Oracle applications. 
  • An advanced degree in the area of specialization 

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,175- $218,625
