Job Summary:
InterSources Inc is a certified Small Business Enterprise specializing in IT Consulting and Software solutions. They are seeking an Oracle Service Cloud Consultant to develop and integrate CRM solutions, manage custom processes, and support business operations with a strong focus on hands-on development and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities:
• Hands on development
• How business works
• How crm can support business
• Own development responsibility
• Experience in service cloud areas like oracle service cloud, app overview, customs script, custom process model cpm,customer portal configuration
• Navigation panes, ribbons, explorers and help
• Initial setup
• Navigation sets profiles, permissions and queue
• Staff accounts /groups and pwds
• Customizable menus and values
• Oracle service cloud core functionalities /business rules/ functions
• Displaying and editing records ...
• Workplace rules and triggers
• Dynamics adjust display and values
• Custom objects and relationships/ packages and deployment
• Creating and monitoring answers and knowledge base
• Sla / response times and holidays
• Strong coding skills in dotnet or php or java or bootstrap technologies
• People familiar with angular js will be preferred
• Having exp in the below skills preferred
• Bui extensibility framework/ add-ins
• Dot net for classic agents console/ javascript for bui
• Custom scripts and processes (event handler)
• Customer portal development
• Experience integrating with rest api;s
