Job description

Job Summary:
InterSources Inc is a Small Business Enterprise specializing in IT Consulting, IT Staffing Solutions, and Software solutions. They are seeking a Senior Oracle Service Cloud professional to design and maintain CRM applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness while managing service level agreements.
Responsibilities:
• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable CRM application using Oracle Service Cloud
• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Support application stakeholders from different geographical locations
• Manage service level agreement commitments and respond to incidents and service requests within the stipulated process SLA
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Java Script development experience
Qualifications:
Required:
• At least 8 years of working experience in Design, Development, Implementation, and Testing of CRM application using Oracle Service Cloud is required for this position.
• Experience in customizing and configuring Oracle Service Cloud with PHP, YUI, jQuery, C#, HTML, CSS, SOAP, REST services
• Staff Management (Navigation set, Profiles, and Account)
• Outreach (Surveys, Mailing, etc.)
• Analytics
• Configuring Chats
• Design Workspace/workflows
• Configuring Message Templates
• Knowledge Base
• Site Configuration
• BUI extensibility framework
• Add-in Development
• Customer Portal Configuration
• Widget Customization
• Custom Script & Custom Process Model
• Create/Configure Business Rules
• Connect PHP API
• Data Migration from other systems such as Salesforce
• Inbound/Outbound Integration
• Hands-on experience in preparing Design, Technical Specifications, Test Plan, Change Management, User Guide documents
• Experience in end to end life cycle starting from Requirements definition, Preparation of effort estimates, Configuration, coding, testing and successfully implementing as per the timelines
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
Preferred:
• Oracle Service Cloud Certifications
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle and MySQL Databases
• Knowledge in Vue.js, Bootstrap, and other JavaScript frameworks
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Familiarity with .NET Web framework and console applications
• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns.
