We are seeking an experienced Oracle CX B2B Service professional to design, implement, and support Oracle CX Service solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality Oracle CX B2B Service implementations aligned with best practices and business goals.
 
Must Have Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle CX B2B Service / Oracle Service Cloud implementations and support.
  • Strong understanding of B2B Service business processes
  • Strong Understanding of Case Management, Activity Management, Accounts, Contacts and other modules
 
Good to Have Skills
  • Experience with related Oracle CX modules such as Field Service, Knowledge Management and Plug-In Development
  • Good knowledge of OIC Integrations with B2B Service Cloud
