We are hiring for a Strategic Deal Architect within a centralized Growth Execution Deal Team that supports Oracle's most complex and high-value opportunities. This team is engaged by field sales and operates as an extension of Sales Leadership, driving deal structure, technical alignment, and customer-facing narrative.

This is a technical, deal-focused role. You will combine infrastructure knowledge, financial reasoning, and clear communication to help shape and progress strategic deals. You are expected to engage directly with both internal teams and customer stakeholders, ensuring that deal constructs are technically sound, financially aligned, and executable.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $126,200 to $264,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure (compute, storage, networking)

  • Ability to understand and explain how technical solutions map to business outcomes

  • Experience working on complex deals, solution engineering, or technical sales

  • Solid analytical skills; able to work with financial models and deal trade-offs

  • Clear, direct communicator. Ability to simplify complex topics for different audiences

  • Comfortable operating in high-pressure, fast-moving environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with OCI or other hyperscale cloud platforms

  • Background in solution engineering, technical consulting, or deal strategy

  • Familiarity with pricing models, consumption-based billing, and margin considerations

  • Experience creating executive-level customer materials

This is not a support function-this team is directly accountable for helping deals move forward.
