Roles & Responsibilities
  • Collect, document, and analyze client business requirements across revenue and finance processes.
  • Schedule and conduct workshops with customers to understand functional requirements.
  • Configure and maintain Oracle Finance Cloud modules, specifically within Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS).
  • Collaborate with Technical Architects to determine optimal design approaches.
  • Work with integration teams for data mapping and ensuring data accuracy across systems.
  • Support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash and Subscription processes (if applicable).
  • Assist multiple projects simultaneously by prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Work closely with operations and project managers to support solution delivery.
