About the Role: The Senior Solutions Architect will lead & evolve Aviat’s enterprise applications ecosystem, centered on Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 and integrated platforms (e.g., RevPro, Salesforce, Magento, BlackLine, Agile PLM). A hands-on technology Architect, responsible for architecting scalable solutions, managing complex integrations, driving modernization and data migration, and ensuring audit/compliance readiness. Assists in the long-term technology roadmap, working and partnering with business and IT leaders to deliver reliable, automated, and future-ready enterprise solutions

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Enterprise Solution Architecture and Process Leadership
  • Design and deliver end-to-end process solutions across Oracle EBS (Financials, SCM, Manufacturing, Projects, Procurement) and integrated platforms (RevPro, Salesforce, Magento, BlackLine, etc.).
  • Lead discovery and design sessions with business and IT teams to define future-state architecture and identify solution gaps.
  • Develop functional specs, process flows, and integrate requirements in line with RICE/CEMLI and configuration standards.
  • Define and apply reusable frameworks and governance to ensure consistency across global processes.
  • Evaluate solution options with a focus on scalability, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure successful, audit-ready implementations.
  • Advocate for standard Oracle functionality to minimize customizations and support continuous improvement.
  • Bring a cross-functional view to align Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering processes for end-to-end efficiency.
  1. Implementation Delivery, Optimization, and Analytics Enablement
  • Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades, and global rollouts, from design to post-go-live.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Run CRP, SIT, and UAT sessions to validate business and technical requirements.
  • Optimize core processes (O2C, P2P, R2R, P2P, P2P2P) by eliminating inefficiencies and automating workflows.
  • Assess and deploy Oracle patches/enhancements, managing business impact and testing.
  • Drive automation using tools like UiPath and More4Apps.
  • Define reporting strategies and KPIs in collaboration with analytics teams (Noetix, SplashBI, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Resolve data and reporting issues at the source to ensure accuracy and insight.
  1. Governance, Compliance, and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as primary liaison between business and IT, aligning solutions with enterprise goals and audit requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, ITGC, and corporate governance in all designs and configurations.
  • Support change control, assess impacts, and recommend risk-mitigated deployments.
  • Collaborate with auditors to maintain audit readiness and documentation integrity.
  • Enforce global process governance for change control and traceability.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s in business, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, or Engineering
  • 15+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS R12.x experience across multiple modules (Financials, SCM, Manufacturing, Projects, Planning).
  • Proven success in global, full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and integrations with systems like RevPro, Salesforce, Magento, BlackLine, Vertex, and Agile PLM.
  • Strong process knowledge in O2C, P2P, R2R, Plan-to-Produce, and Q2C with hands-on configuration in multi-org environments.
  • Familiarity with APIs, SOA/OIC, Web Services, SQL, and data reconciliation.
  • Experience with reporting tools (Noetix, SplashBI, Power BI, Tableau), automation (UiPath), data utilities (More4Apps), and Oracle APEX.
  • Deep understanding of SOX, ITGC, and IT governance.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Background in telecom, manufacturing, or tech industries is a plus.
