Job Description: • Strong understanding of HR processes, proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, and experience with system administration, integrations, and testing. • Must have experience in customizing and configuring Oracle EBS HCM modules like Core HR and developing technical solutions to meet business needs. • Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to translate business requirements into technical specifications. • Modify and maintain inbound and outbound data integrations for employee/people data. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues, including problems with integrations and data flows. • Create and maintain technical designs, support procedures, and other necessary documentation. • Develop ad-hoc SQL queries and reports to provide data analysis and solutions.
