Job description

UNIVERSAL Technologies is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Reporting & Analytics Developer for an onsite role for the first 90 days in Long Island City, NY, may change to hybrid after. The right candidate will support enterprise-wide reporting, analytics, and data intelligence initiatives. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and modernizing reporting solutions across Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), and Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) while partnering closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and IT leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong SQL/PLSQL expertise, deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud reporting frameworks, and hands-on experience modernizing legacy EBS/OBIEE reporting into cloud platforms.

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)

Oracle Fusion & Cloud Reporting
• 3+ years developing Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence analyses, dashboards, and reports
• 2+ years building advanced analytics and visualizations using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
• 2+ years developing reports in Oracle Analytics Server (OAS)
• 4+ years creating BI Publisher templates, layouts, and data models
• 2+ years working with Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) subject areas, pipelines, and warehouse structures

Database, Data Warehouse & Integration
• 2+ years working with Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), including SQL tuning and data modeling
• 5+ years advanced SQL/PLSQL (packages, procedures, functions, triggers) using Oracle 19c/21c
• Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, star schemas, and data warehouse concepts
• Experience with ODI or similar ETL/integration tools preferred

Legacy System Modernization
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS data models and custom reporting

• Design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions across Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and, BI Publisher
• Build dashboards, visualizations, and pixel-perfect reports for operational, regulatory, and analytical needs
• Develop, enhance, and optimize data models, schemas, subject areas, and pipelines supporting enterprise reporting
• Integrate and transform data across ADW, Fusion Cloud modules (ERP/HCM/SCM), and additional data sources
• Modernize legacy reports, PL/SQL code, and OBIEE dashboards for cloud-native architectures
• Conduct performance tuning, SQL optimization, caching strategies, and aggregation enhancements
• Support business analysts and end users with training, troubleshooting, and reporting best practices
• Document technical designs, data flows, migration paths, and reporting specifications
• Ensure audit readiness, compliance, version control, and adherence to change management processes
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies; provide status updates and manage work items using standard project tools
• Collaborate with IT, data governance, analytics, and application teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance
