Pay Range: $164,403 Annually
RH US, LLC is hiring for the following role in Corte Madera, CA: RH Digital Strategy and Merchandising.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement a set of techniques or analytics applications to transform raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software.
  • Apply data mining, data modeling, natural language processing, and machine learning to extract and analyze information from large structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Visualize, interpret, and report data findings.ย 
  • Create dynamic data reports to assist with day to day operations.ย 
  • Simplify current day-to-day Web Merchandising operations by eliminating repetitive tasks and providing automated solutions using programming and scripting tools to save valuable time and ensure data integrity.ย 
  • Provide solutions to site wide data driven issues by identifying the problem and scale, determining its source, providing solution to the problem, and developing tools, procedures, and systems ensure repeat occurrences are eliminated.
  • Support data driven Web Merchandising decisions by creating and training a statistical model using algorithms like causal impact analysis based on user analytics data.ย 
  • Assist business in CMS replacement by ensuring that all the essential features are included and that the new data Schema that we receive is architectured per business requirements.ย 
  • Work in tandem with engineering to ensure data is migrated accurately and purged when applicable.ย 
  • Audit and report on KPI's and data health. Act as a liaison between the business and engineering by understanding the business needs and technology knowhow to get the best outcomes for the organization.ย 
  • Support business teams in maintaining data health throughout the entire Product lifecycle.ย 
  • Use comprehensive knowledge of data interactions within multiple systems and downstream effects of data entered into the systems to present data in a digestible format for business partners.ย 
  • Lead process mapping efforts to identify areas of inconsistency to drive improvements and recommend future enhancements in process or technology.ย 
  • Propose solutions and strategies to tackle business challenges and optimize workflows.

  • Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering Management, or a related field;ย 
  • 36 months of experience in the job offered or related occupation;ย 
  • Position also requires 36 months of experience in each of the following: Designing and leading end-to-end projects for global SKU mapping solutions; Analytics/BI Platforms: MicroStrategy, RMS (Retail Management System), Looker Studio; Media Management: Adobe Dynamic Media Classic (DMC), Scene7; Search/Indexing: Lucidworks Fusion, Algolia, Opensearch, Solr; E-commerce/CMS: Oracle ATG Business Control Center (BCC), Contentful, Salesforce; Databases: Oracle DB, MS SQL DB, MongoDB, Vector DB; Database Tools: SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio), SQL Developer (Oracle), Azure Data Studio; Product Data: Centric PLM, Enterworks PIM (Product Information Management); Cloud Infrastructure and Data: AWS S3, Lambda, Glue, QuickSight, Step Functions, Athena, Google BigQuery, Apache Spark, Apache Airflow; Development and Utilities: Docker, WSL2, CWD, Cyberduck, Google App Script; Languages and Libraries: Python, Excel VBA, Oracle SQL, MS SQL, SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language), HTML, and libraries for web scraping, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain; Advanced AI/ML Experience: building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and running custom agents locally for rapid prototyping and development; DB architecture, backend indexing and procedures with the ability to navigate through a large volume of dispersed data; Web merchandising metrics and analytics tools and in back-end processes; driving efficiency and quality into those processes; Generating custom QR codes with dynamic pricing updates and URL generation using relevant tools (e.g., Galaxy); Tableau or Power BI to create clear and compelling visualizations that communicate insights; Machine learning algorithms; and Root cause analysis and process design - establishing, documenting, and implementing change to improve procedures.
