Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Configurator Developer to design, enhance, and maintain Oracle Configurator models within the Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) environment. This individual will play a key role in optimizing product configuration workflows, ensuring seamless integration with manufacturing and supply chain systems, and improving operational efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with business analysts, functional SMEs, and technical teams to deliver high-quality, scalable Oracle EBS solutions.
Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Configurator models using CZ Schema and Configurator Developer.
  • Customize and extend Oracle EBS modules (Order Management, BOM, WIP, etc.) to support configuration workflows.
  • Develop and maintain PL/SQL procedures, APIs, and concurrent programs.
  • Perform unit, integration, and UAT testing to ensure reliability and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Configurator and EBS integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration logic, and deployment procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with development standards and best practices across the EBS environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS development with a focus on Oracle Configurator (CZ Schema).
  • Hands-on expertise with Oracle Configurator Developer, configuration rules, and extensions.
  • Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
  • Experience with Oracle Workflow and UI Personalization techniques.
  • Proficiency with Oracle EBS R12 or later versions.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP is a plus.

Preferred Background

  • Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments.
  • Prior project experience with AGCO Corporation or other large manufacturing organizations using Oracle EBS.
