Job description

Job Summary (List Format):
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and manage changes to specifications
- Prioritize, coordinate, and implement system updates and requested changes
- Review and test each new system release
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and questions from end users
- Design and develop clinical and business interfaces in Epic and/or Oracle Health EMRs, ensuring scalability and adherence to development best practices
- Mentor team members in integration and data conversion best practices, promoting ongoing learning
- Provide technical guidance for small to medium-sized projects with limited supervision
- Develop, support, and maintain system design/build documents and related system documentation
- Create detailed testing scripts for all phases of the testing lifecycle (functional, integrated, mapped record, and revenue cycle testing)
- Perform daily monitoring of interfaces in the production environment
- Adhere to organizational standards for system configuration and change control
- Troubleshoot and resolve interface issues; escalate complex issues as needed
- Required: 7+ years of interface engineering/development experience
- Required: 5+ years of experience with Rhapsody Interface Engine
- Required: 3+ years of integration experience with an EMR (Epic or Oracle Health)
- Required: Current or previous Epic Bridges certification
- Required: Experience in people leadership or technical mentorship roles
