The Opportunity
As a Senior Manager, Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead, you will guide clients through the complexities of Oracle Human Capital solutions, leveraging your skills in business application consulting to drive impactful results. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will act as a strategic advisor, utilizing your professional knowledge and industry networks to deliver quality outcomes. You will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence, interacting with clients at a strategic level to validate project success.
In this role at PwC, you will develop high-performing teams, fostering a diverse and inclusive environment. You will apply sound judgment and communicate effectively, crafting clear and engaging messages that tell a holistic story. Your ability to navigate complex situations and make informed decisions will contribute to the overall success of our firm. As you deepen your skills, you will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on feedback to continuously improve our offerings.
Responsibilities
- Leading Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and managing client expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of Oracle HCM solutions to meet client needs
- Utilizing skills in Oracle Application Development Framework and Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher to enhance system functionality
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address human capital management challenges
- Developing and overseeing the deployment of scalable Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for workforce transformation
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices in Oracle HCM implementations
- Validating data integrity, security, and compliance within Oracle HCM frameworks
- Identifying opportunities for optimizing human resources processes and improving organizational performance
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud and related modules
- Leading complex Human Capital Management transformations
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher for analytics
- Managing large-scale projects with strategic questioning and storytelling

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
