Oracle HCM Fusion Analytics Warehouse Consultant
Location: Houston, TX - Hybrid
Duration: 12 months
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled HCM Fusion Analytics Warehouse Consultant to support the implementation and customization of Oracle HCM Analytics Warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle ETL tools and experience in developing dashboards and reports within the Oracle Fusion HCM ecosystem.
The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless transition from the legacy OBIEE environment to the new analytics platform, collaborating closely with HR users and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of Oracle HCM Fusion Analytics Warehouse.
  • Understand and optimize data flow from Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll.
  • Develop and customize reports, dashboards, and analytics based on business needs.
  • Ensure seamless data integration and ETL processes within the Oracle environment.
  • Address challenges in replicating and enhancing reports from the old OBIEE system.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle ETL tools and HCM data warehousing.
  • Work with stakeholders to refine reporting requirements and dashboard functionalities.
  • Support data migration and integration efforts using SQL and other Oracle tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data accuracy and reporting issues.
  • Ensure compliance with Oracle suite capabilities (avoiding third-party BI tools like Tableau or Power BI).

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience with Oracle HCM Fusion Analytics Warehouse.
  • Strong knowledge of ETL processes within Oracle environments.
  • Hands-on expertise in data integration from HCM applications to analytics.
  • Experience working with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll.
  • Ability to create complex charts, graphs, and reports from HCM datasets.
  • Familiarity with Oracle OTBI for report development.
  • Understanding of pre-built reports and dashboards within HCM Analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
