Job Title: Symplr Workforce Management (Timekeeping, Scheduling & Analytics)

Work Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid -Occasional travel is fine)

Duration: Long Term Contract Position

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Symplr Workforce Management Consultant with expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Analytics modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, reporting, and post-go-live support for workforce management solutions in healthcare environments.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Symplr Workforce Management.
  • Strong expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Analytics/Reporting modules.
  • Knowledge of workforce management processes, labor rules, and payroll integration.
  • Experience in configuration, testing, and production support.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Experience with SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
