About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Integration Engineer with deep expertise in Boomi, Workato, and enterprise payroll/HCM integrations. This role will focus on building scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions across enterprise systems including Workday, Oracle Fusion HCM, Salesforce, ADP, Dayforce, Fidelity, and related platforms.

The ideal candidate combines strong middleware architecture experience with modern AI-driven automation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain payroll integration solutions using Boomi
  • Build complex integration recipes on the Workato platform
  • Architect scalable enterprise integration solutions across business systems
  • Develop AI-powered automation workflows using Workato Genie
  • Build and deploy MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers
  • Implement Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions
  • Design robust monitoring, logging, and error-handling frameworks
  • Integrate enterprise applications including Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, ADP, and Dayforce
  • Develop and optimize SQL & PL-SQL queries
  • Provide production support for mission-critical integrations
  • Implement SFTP, HTTP, REST, and API-based integrations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
  • Maintain integration documentation and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of hands-on Boomi integration experience
  • Strong experience integrating Payroll, HR, or Time & Attendance systems
  • Experience with platforms such as Workday HCM, ADP, Dayforce, Oracle Fusion HCM, Fidelity, Navia, etc.
  • 6+ years integrating enterprise business applications
  • 4+ years of Workato experience
  • Strong Workato recipe development expertise
  • Experience with API integrations and middleware architecture
  • 3–5 years of SQL / PL-SQL experience
  • 4+ years supporting production integrations
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce integrations
  • Experience with AI automation workflows
  • Exposure to MCP servers and AI agent orchestration
  • Familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
