Area of Responsibility
  • Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
  • Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements.
  • Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
  • Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
  • Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
Your contribution to the team
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus.
  • The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation.
  • A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
  • A passion for design and hands‑on coding experience.
  • A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders.
Required Skill and Experience
  • Experience in software engineering practices and various business processes.
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud Finance (AR, AP, GL, FA, CM) or Supply Chain (INV, Order Management, PO, MFG, Supply Chain Planning) modules.
  • Experience at least 2‑3 Oracle Cloud implementation and/or AMS engagements.
  • Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements and analysis, prepare functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training and implementing practical business solutions.
  • Good knowledge about Oracle Cloud strategy on handling data conversion/migrations, inbound/outbound interfaces and reports with 3rd party applications.
  • Experience in Oracle project methodology (OUM) and testing strategies such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT etc.).
  • Identify functionality gaps and supporting the development of solutions for them.
Preferred Skill and Experience
  • Experience in various business processes in respective domain.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
Additional Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
