Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Lead to oversee the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud modules within the Supply Chain and Operations domain. This role demands deep functional expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud SCM modules, focusing on:
    • Maintenance: Plant Maintenance, Work Order Management
    • Inventory: Inventory and Warehouse Management
  • Serve as the primary functional advisor to clients and project stakeholders.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into system configurations and process designs.
  • Design and validate functional solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Manage and support all phases of the project lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, and deployment.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including technical consultants, business analysts, and integration teams.
  • Conduct functional workshops and training sessions with client users and internal teams.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, with at least 3+ years as an Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Lead.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud SCM modules in Maintenance and/or Inventory domains.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
  • Proven experience leading Oracle Cloud implementation projects or rollouts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to mentor junior consultants and guide project teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Oracle Cloud Certification in SCM modules (Maintenance, Inventory)
  • Experience in multi-country/multi-org deployments
  • Familiarity with related modules such as Procurement or Manufacturing
  • Previous experience in industries like manufacturing, utilities, or logistics
