Job description

Purpose of the position
Responsible for managing the production planning, material control, cost, and inventory management processes to ensure project program.
Duties and Responsibilities
This role's responsibilities:

  1. Drive cross-function collaboration to ensure the smooth execution of various projects.
  2. Strong organizational and planning skill with a high level of holistic and strategic thinking, and attentions to details
  3. Strong writing and interpersonal skills, and good at presentation.
  4. Solid experiences in managing resources and preparinf appropriate documentation.
  5. Willingness to adapt to rapidly changing environment and new challenges.
  6. Customer relationship maintain / Customer visit reception
  7. Work with cross functional teams for budget planning, BOM building, build plan, security control etc
  8. Deal with production abnormal, such as material shortage/change, quality on hold, line down issue, etc.

Education and work experience
Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of program management.
Working conditions
  • Office-based role, fast-paced work environment
  • This position must be able to respond to after-hour emergencies and be available to work non-core hours or overtime to complete various projects without interruption to operations.
