Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle AP & Procurement Specialist with strong functional expertise across Oracle modules. This role requires hands-on knowledge of procure-to-pay processes, contract management, and supplier management, along with the ability to configure, support, and optimize Oracle applications to ensure seamless business operations.
General Oracle Functional Skills
  • Process Expertise: Business process analysis (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Contract Management), requirements gathering, documentation.
  • System Configuration & Support: Configuration, setup, problem-solving, analytical skills, testing, and user acceptance.
  • Data & Technical Acumen: Data analysis and reporting (BI Publisher, OTBI), basic SQL/PLSQL knowledge.
  • Project & Soft Skills: Project management, communication, interpersonal skills, adaptability, and continuous learning.
  • Preferred: Oracle certifications.
Module-Specific Expertise
Oracle Contracts
  • Manage full contract lifecycle (authoring, negotiation, execution, renewal).
