Job Description Summary

The Oracle ERP Lead is responsible for architecting, implementing, and supporting enterprise solutions across Oracle Cloud (Fusion) and/or Oracle EBusiness Suite. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and technical teams to deliver secure, scalable, and integrated ERP capabilities. The Oracle ERP Lead provides technical and functional leadership to internal, contract, and offshore team members while ensuring adherence to best practices and governance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead endtoend Oracle ERP solution delivery, including requirements analysis, design, configuration, testing, and deployment across Finance (FAH, GL, AP)modules.
  • Collaborate with business product owners and crossfunctional stakeholders in anagile environmentto translate business needs into scalable Oracle ERP solutions.
  • Provideexpert-level guidanceon Oracle ERP capabilities, module functionality, integrations, data models, security, and extensibility tools (e.g., OTBI, BIP, APEX, PCS, OIC).
  • Leadtechnical and functional design sessions, define architecture standards, and drive solution roadmaps across Oracle ERP platforms.
  • Oversee development and integration efforts usingOracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, HDL, and related tools.
  • Serve as asubject matter expertand mentor team members on Oracle configuration standards, best practices, and development guidelines.
  • Recommend solutions that balancecost, business value, scalability, and system maintainability.
  • Leaddata migration, conversions, and integration architectureacross enterprise applications, both onpremises and cloud.
  • Ensure compliance withsecurity policies, SOX/ITGC controls, and organizational governance requirements.
  • Oversee the work of onshore/offshore analysts and developers; may include directpeopleleadership.
  • Keep pace with the latest Oracle ERP Cloud updates, quarterly releases, and new product capabilities.
  • Prepare executivelevel presentations andfacilitatetechnical or functional workshops.
  • Partner with architecture, infrastructure, and database teams to supportperformance optimization, environment management, and release coordination.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of handson Oracle ERP experience(Cloud/Fusion or EBS) in Finance, SCM, HCM, or multimodule environments.
  • Expertisein Oracle ERP configuration, functional design, and crossmodule process flows.
  • Strong experience with:
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC):VBCS, PCS, REST/SOAP adapters
  • Data management tools:SQL, PL/SQL, Redshift
  • Reporting tools:OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View
  • 3+ years of experiencewith ERP data models, workflow design, and master data management.
  • Understanding ofSaaS/PaaS cloud architecture, Oracle Cloud quarterly release cycles, and environment strategy.
  • Experience withCI/CD practices, version control (Bitbucket orGit), deployment automation, and code migration processes.
  • Experience integrating Oracle ERP with thirdparty systems using REST/SOAP APIs, OCI/OIC, or middleware platforms.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities in fastpaced environments.
  • Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding ofanalytics, reporting strategy, and enterprise data warehouses.
  • Oracle Cloud or Oracle EBSprofessional certifications.
  • Experience withinfinancial services.
  • Experience withbig data or real-time integrationarchitectures.

Compensation

The Salary for this position generally ranges between$111,000 - $140,000 annually.Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors includingqualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.

Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company's discretion.

This is a hybrid position requiring three days in office per week in one of our hub locations (list locations that are applicable). Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.
