Job description

Elevated Facility Services:

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Installs new elevators & escalators, including electrical work, wiring, and programming of control systems.
  • Maintains and repairs elevators, escalators, and other vertical transportation equipment.
  • Performs routine maintenance, such as oiling & cleaning mechanical parts, and inspecting safety devices.
  • Responds to emergency calls and makes repairs quickly and efficiently.
  • Updates and maintains records of repairs and maintenance performed.
  • Conducts safety audits and ensures that all equipment meets safety standards and regulations.
  • Stays current with advancements in elevator technology and industry regulations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
