About the Role:
Seeking a seasoned Consulting Principal to lead enterprise-scale EAM and digital transformation engagements for Gas utility clients. This role demands a strategic thinker and hands-on delivery leader who can bridge complex systems integration challenges, drive program governance across large multi-workstream initiatives, and bring deep knowledge of gas utility operations. You will serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, owning outcomes across the full program lifecycle while expanding Infosys's presence in the Utilities sector.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end transformation programs for gas utility clients, managing multi-workstream PMOs, blended onshore/offshore teams of 15-40+, engagement P&L, and executive steering committees from business case through hyper care. Familiarity with Enterprise Asset Management modernization for Gas Utilities is a strong plus.
  • Architect and govern enterprise integration strategies connecting platforms (IBM Maximo, SAP PM/EAM) with ERP (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle), GIS (Esri ArcGIS), SCADA/OT, IoT, and mobile workforce systems using API-led and event-driven integration patterns.
  • Apply deep gas utility domain expertise - covering distribution, transmission, and storage operations, familiarity with PHMSA regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Strong experience in Asset and Work Management, Compliance, DIMP and DOT reporting. Familiarity with Gas Divestiture planning is a plus.
  • Define EAM roadmaps, maturity assessments, and data governance frameworks spanning asset hierarchies, master data standards, and spatial data alignment across EAM, ERP, and GIS platforms to support operational and regulatory reporting
  • Drive business development across gas utility and broader energy accounts - shaping proposals, RFP responses, and SOWs - while building C-suite and VP-level relationships and contributing to thought leadership
  • Mentor and develop consulting teams, contribute to Utilities community of practice, and collaborate across Infosys service lines (data & AI, cloud, IoT, cybersecurity) to deliver integrated solution offerings and reusable delivery accelerators.
  • Has a bachelor's degree or a foreign equivalent from an accredited institution
  • Is willing to travel 4 days a week to multiple local, state and national client locations

Gross Compensation Min $154,375 - $193,125
