Job description

Job Summary:
NuCO2 is the nation’s leading provider of certified beverage grade carbon dioxide and draught beer grade nitrogen, providing continuous service to over 150,000 customer locations. The Product Manager is responsible for the end-to-end value delivery and lifecycle management of the IFS Field Service Management platform, focusing on product vision, roadmap, and cross-departmental collaboration to support the company's growth strategy.
Responsibilities:
• Own the FSM production mission, vision, and roadmap aligned to business outcomes and growth strategy.
• Engage in continuous product discovery to identify projects driven by customer needs.
• Define and manage platform KPIs and KRs.
• Drive platform adoption and standardization across departments reducing manual work and process variation.
• Maintain the prioritized product backlog translating strategic goals into epics/features with clear acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize work using value, risk, cost of delay, compliance adherence, operational impact, and integration dependencies.
• Lead planning and release readiness while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure change control, data privacy, and regulatory compliance requirements are embedded in platform design such as jurisdiction-based rules, inspection workflows, and records retention.
• Coordinate architecture/security reviews with IT, vendor risk reviews, and Finance sign off gates where required.
• Deliver product updates to Senior Leadership.
• Partner with IT, Architects, Business Analysts, and Developers to ensure solutions meet operational needs and are scalable.
• Facilitate alignment across stakeholders.
• Work with stakeholders to develop change adoption plans.
• Gather user feedback post release and translate it into actionable backlog refinement inputs.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years in Product Manager, or Service Operations roles for enterprise platforms.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery in Agile/Lean environments.
• Experience with IFS FSM or similar FSM platform.
• Demonstrated ability to define and track KPIs tied to operational and financial outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience with analytics/reporting tools such as Power BI and workflow automation, integrations, and data governance.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to obtain, analyze, and interpret large amounts of data.
