Job Description

CRM Developer


Developer to focus on coordinating, analyzing, designing, and developing reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and workflows with Oracle technology tools such as: PL/SQL, Java, Oracle Reports, Oracle Discoverer, Oracle Workflow, and Oracle BI Publisher. In this key role you will ensure that quality software is developed, meets scheduled requirements and satisfies requirements detailed in functional specifications. 

In this role you will be responsible for:

Design, develop and implement enhancements and customizations to the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)

Create technical designs from business requirements and develop technical solutions based on those designs.

Develop PL/SQL database objects, SQL scripts, Unix Shell Scripts, Interfaces , Reports and Support Workflow processes.

Design, develop and implement new and enhanced interfaces with other internal and external systems.

Participate in system-level tests responsible for comparing actual results with expected results.

Prepare technical and functional documentation as part of the SDLC process.

Prepare test plans & test scripts.

Qualification:

7+ years of Oracle experience and well versed on Oracle e-Business Suite 11i

Process flow & Technical knowledge of below modules

Service Contracts, Installed Base & Teleservices.

SOA and BPEL platform exposure is definite plus.

Service Contracts, Installed base, Field Services modules in release 12
