As an Oracle database architect, your job is to help design and manage database systems for your business. To fulfill the responsibilities and duties of this data management role, you may assess the needs of the company, map out the electronic database, and help program it in a way that allows the database to manage big data properly. This job title refers exclusively to working with database software from Oracle Corporation, a multinational software company currently based in Redwood Shores, California.
