Functional Responsibilities
• Lead Oracle Fusion Financials implementation, enhancement, and support activities.
• Configure and maintain:
o General Ledger (GL)
o Accounts Payable (AP)
o Accounts Receivable (AR)
o Cash Management (CM)
o Fixed Assets (FA)
o Expense Management
o Tax Management
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Supp ort financial close, reconciliation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Configure Chart of Accounts, Ledgers, Legal Entities, Business Units, and Accounting Rules.
• Manage period-end and year-end close activities.
EPC & Project Finance Responsibilities
• Integrate Oracle Fusion Financials with Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Procurement modules.
• Support project costing, project billing, contract revenue recognition, and project accounting.
• Track EPC project costs, commitments, accruals, and profitability.
• Ensure proper accounting treatment for capital projects and construction expenditures.
• Support earned value management (EVM) and project financial reporting.
Integration & Reporting
• Work on integrations between Oracle Fusion and external systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams on:
o REST/SOAP APIs
o FBDI uploads
o OTBI Reporting
o BI Publisher Reports
• Develop financial dashboards and KPI reports for management.
Support & Governance
• Perform fit-gap analysis and solution design.
• Conduct UAT testing and document business processes.
• Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls, accounting standards, and corporate finance policies.
Salary Range: $140,000-$150,000 a year
