Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle PDH Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH). This is a client-facing role, requiring excellent communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to work directly with business and technical teams.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Oracle PDH implementations, product data management, configuration, integration, and data governance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH) implementations and enhancements.
  • Work directly with clients and business stakeholders to understand product data requirements.
  • Configure and maintain Oracle PDH based on business and functional requirements.
  • Analyze product data structures, attributes, catalogs, item classes, and product hierarchies.
  • Support product creation, maintenance, enrichment, classification, and lifecycle processes.
  • Gather requirements and translate business needs into functional solutions.
  • Design and document product data models and business processes.
  • Support integrations between Oracle PDH and other Oracle applications/enterprise systems.
  • Troubleshoot product data, configuration, and integration issues.
  • Participate in functional design, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
  • Conduct client meetings, workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution demonstrations.
  • Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and user guides.
  • Work closely with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and customizations.
  • Support data quality, governance, standardization, and product master data initiatives.
  • Provide recommendations and best practices to clients for optimizing Oracle PDH.

Required Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH).
  • Strong understanding of Product Master Data Management.
  • Experience with Oracle PDH configuration and implementation.
  • Experience working with product/item data, attributes, item classes, catalogs, and hierarchies.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering and functional analysis.
  • Experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle applications and enterprise integrations.
  • Experience with data migration, data validation, and data quality.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Product Hub / Product Data Hub.
  • Experience with Oracle SCM or related Oracle Cloud modules.
  • Experience integrating PDH with ERP, SCM, PLM, or other enterprise applications.
  • Experience with product data governance and master data management.
  • Experience supporting global/enterprise-level implementations.
  • Strong experience conducting client workshops and presentations.
  • Oracle certifications are a plus.
