Role: Sr. Oracle EBS Consultant

Location: Dallas, TX Hybrid

Type: Contract

Active Secret Clearance required

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant with 10+ years of hands-on experience and deep expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), and General Ledger (GL). The ideal candidate also has hands-on Oracle Cloud (Fusion Financials) experience, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to deliver in complex enterprise environments. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to guide teams and drive functional solutions.

Technical Expertise (Oracle EBS Financials)

  • Strong technical expertise across Oracle EBS AP, AR, CM, and GL.
  • Solid SQL/PL-SQL, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Forms. OAF/ADF a plus.
  • Analyze requirements and design scalable, sustainable solutions in EBS and Oracle Cloud.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across financial modules with minimal turnaround.
  • Support interfaces, conversions, workflows, and customizations.

Oracle Cloud (Fusion Financials)

  • Hands-on Oracle Cloud Financials AP, AR, GL, and Cash Management. Fixed Assets (FA) a plus.
  • Support Cloud implementations, enhancements, and integrations with legacy systems.
  • Perform Cloud configuration, testing, data-migration support, and functional validation.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration and end-to-end transaction flow.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with business users, technical teams, and support teams to deliver robust solutions.
  • Liaise with integration teams (EAI/SOA/REST APIs) across Oracle Cloud and Oracle EBS.
  • Coordinate across Business, IT, Vendors, and Project stakeholders.
  • Manage priorities, risks, dependencies, and timelines in a dynamic environment.
  • Provide functional leadership, guide team members, and support decision-making.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years hands-on Oracle EBS and Fusion Financials (AP/AR/CM/GL).
  • Thorough understanding of end-to-end financial transaction flows and reporting.
  • Experience with interfaces, data conversions, and workflows.
  • Exposure to Oracle HCM and SCM modules.
  • Practical Oracle SQL/PL-SQL for functional troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive solutions efficiently.
  • Experience in complex, fast-paced enterprise environments.
