Job Title: Account Executive

Work Location: Boise, ID (Remote)

Duration: Full-time

Job Description:

  • Identify expansion opportunities within current accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new solutions and services.
  • Develop and execute account growth plans that align client business objectives with our product and service roadmap.
  • Maintain deep industry knowledge and understand competitive landscapes across key service pillars, including Artificial Intelligence, Data & Analytics, Digital Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Enterprise Platforms.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, from IT leaders to executive sponsors.
  • Partner closely with account management, customer success, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience and identify growth signals early.
  • Manage the full expansion sales cycle from opportunity identification through proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive positioning, and emerging needs within your focus sectors to proactively bring relevant solutions to clients.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly annual revenue growth targets tied to existing accounts.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or account executive role, ideally within IT services, managed services, or technology solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated success growing revenue within an existing account base not just closing net-new logos.
  • Strong commercial acumen comfortable building business cases, structuring proposals, and negotiating renewals and expansions.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of modern technology ecosystems and outcome-based delivery models.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders from technical teams to the C-suite.
  • High level of drive, initiative, and professionalism, with the ability to mentor, lead deal teams, and elevate the performance of the broader sales organization.
  • Experience with semiconductors, compute, enterprise infrastructure, and hybrid cloud will be preferred.
