Position Overview: Account Executive
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Outside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team and drive revenue growth through the sale of managed services, cloud consulting, and all Oracle cloud offerings.   The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities while building strong relationships with customers and key Oracle representatives.  
This individual must have the drive and experience to build a territory and cultivate net new logos in the midst of customers experiencing mass outreach daily.  We are looking for creative thinkers who can bring value to our customers and become a sales consultant bringing value daily.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales (5-10 years) with demonstrated experience in selling Oracle (or similar) technology and services including SaaS/PaaS/IaaS, Cloud Consulting, and managed services.
  • Understanding of Oracle On-Prem Licensing and OCI/SaaS products is a plus.
  • Experience in hunting for new business and prospecting within a large territory.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport, establish credibility and sell to the C-Suite with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation and closing skills.
  • Results driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers, serving as the main point of contact for communication throughout the sales cycle and future sales needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts and terms to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Stay updated on Oracle products and services and technology trends to provide expert guidance and support to clients.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline and performance metrics using SFDC to drive accountability and measure success.
  • Participate in sales training, workshops and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and knowledge of products and services.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent Centroid and build pipeline.
