Role: Director - Margin Consulting

Role Description
  • Run Executive Steering Committee and Steering Committee meetings with CFO, VP Supply Chain
  • Set savings targets, manage budget/projections, track gainshare performance
  • Review and approve savings opportunities identified by the clinical and non-clinical managers
  • Manage the team โ€” direct reports include managers, consultants, analysts
  • Client relationship owner โ€” the 'face of Optum' to the hospital's leadership
  • Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to new business proposals
Required Skills
  • 8+ years healthcare supply chain or consulting
  • 3+ years in a director/leadership role with direct team management
  • Has led multi-million dollar supply chain engagements or cost reduction programs
