Primary Responsibilities:
Technical Delivery:
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions aligned with business and architectural standards
  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex features or systems, from requirements through production support
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards
  • Perform code reviews to ensure quality, performance, security, and reliability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues and provide root-cause analysis

Architecture & Design:
  • Contribute to system and application architecture decisions
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, secure, and cloud-ready where applicable
  • Collaborate with architects on long-term technical roadmaps

Collaboration & Leadership::
  • Work closely with product managers, business analysts, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers
  • Influence engineering best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

Quality, Security & Compliance::
  • Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, performance, and compliance requirements
  • Participate in audits, security reviews, and risk assessments as needed
  • Promote test automation, CI/CD, and DevOps practices

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI

Required Qualifications:
  • Undergrad college degree
  • 5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
  • 5+ years of Hands-on experience developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow applications
  • 5+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
  • 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow scripting like JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rule, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies
  • 5+ years of experience developing and configuring: Forms, lists, tables, and workflows, Flow Designer, Notifications and SLAs
  • 5+ years of Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Update Sets and application deployment

Preferred Qualification:
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers
  • Influence engineering best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
