Receptionist Opportunity

Eyes Over DFW is a patient-focused optometry practice committed to delivering exceptional eye care in a friendly, welcoming environment. We're currently seeking a reliable, personable, and detail-oriented receptionist to be the first point of contact for our practice.

As the front desk coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth front office operations and providing excellent customer service. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, manage phone calls, and support the overall administrative needs of the clinic.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Scheduling and confirming patient appointments using practice management software.
