Job Description
  1. Verifying electrical circuit design and PCB schematics and gerber files.
  2. Creating technical specifications, drawings and work order instructions before being released to production team.
  3. QC /QA checking of populated PCBs and assembled products against specifications and customer requirements.
  4. Perform visual quality, dimensional (micrometer, calipers) and optical performance testing.
  5. Perform incoming PCB and electronic materials inspection to ensure compliance.
  6. Preparation of COA/COC documentation.
  7. Maintenance of quality documentation and production logs.
  8. Perform root cause analysis and corrective action plans relating to RMAs.
  9. Draft quality related SOPs and work order instructions to help train and inform production operators and inspectors.
  10. Participate in continuous improvement efforts/projects as part of team.

Qualifications
  1. BS in a technical or engineering discipline
  2. Manufacturing experience demonstrating ability to perform the duties and responsibilities outlined.
  3. Prior experience in SMT, PCB and/or electro-mechanical assembly.
  4. Diptrace or equivalent experience and ability to create and edit PCB engineering drawings.
  5. Practical knowledge of quality systems including SPC, control limits and in-line manufacturing process control.
  6. Working knowledge Microsoft PC (word, excel) software.
  7. Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with others.
