Job description

Help Shape the Future of Optical Technology

Fusion Optix develops advanced optical technologies that improve how light is controlled, directed and experienced. Our solutions support OEMs and manufacturers developing next-generation products across lighting, industrial, scientific, medical and emerging photonic markets.

We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially minded individual who wants to help grow an innovative technology business.

This isn’t a traditional sales position. It’s a hands‑on role combining business development, product management and marketing. You’ll work directly with customers, engineering and company leadership to identify opportunities, launch new products and help shape the future direction of the Fusion Optix brand.

If you enjoy learning new technologies, building customer relationships and bringing products successfully to market, we’d like to meet you.

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop new OEM, strategic and technology partner relationships.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through direct outreach, networking and industry events.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Visit customers, understand their applications and develop long‑term relationships.
  • Identify new market opportunities for Fusion Optix technologies.
  • Work closely with the LEDdynamics commercial team on opportunities requiring integrated optics, electronics and manufacturing.
  • Gather Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback and translate market needs into new product opportunities.
  • Help define product roadmaps, positioning and pricing.
  • Perform competitive analysis and market research.
  • Develop application stories, case studies and product launch materials.
  • Create website content, technical articles and social media posts.
  • Support webinars, trade shows and marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate closely with engineering to ensure successful product development and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone who enjoys building businesses, not simply managing existing accounts.

You May Have Experience In:
  • Business development.
  • Product management.
  • Technical sales.
  • Product marketing.
  • Optics, lighting, electronics or other engineered products.
  • Working with OEM customers.
  • CRM and digital marketing tools.
Most Importantly, You’ll Be:
  • Curious and technically minded.
  • Comfortable speaking with engineers as well as business leaders.
  • An excellent communicator.
  • Self‑motivated and highly organized.
  • Willing to learn new technologies.
  • Entrepreneurial and excited by building something meaningful.
Why Join Fusion Optix?

You’ll have the opportunity to influence far more than sales.

You’ll help identify new markets, shape new products, develop marketing strategy and work directly with company leadership on the growth of the business.

As Fusion Optix expands, you’ll play a key role in building the commercial foundation of one of the industry’s most innovative optics companies.

If you’re looking for a role where your ideas matter and your impact is visible, we’d love to hear from you.
