• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments that inform individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure the highest standard of care.
• Administer therapeutic interventions using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate patient care and enhance treatment efficacy.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Optimum Care Center, you will serve a varied population including children, adolescents, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and other mental health issues. Your ability to build rapport and trust will be vital in guiding clients through their challenges and helping them achieve their treatment goals.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience focusing on psychotherapy services.
• Strong knowledge of solution-focused therapy interventions and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
