• The Client Service Coordinator (CSC) plays a crucial role in managing the flow of clients and pets through the veterinary hospital, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional client service
• The CSC is responsible for maximizing the productivity of the veterinary medical team while fostering a welcoming environment for clients and their pets

• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet information entry
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, and scheduling future appointments
• Manage finances by maintaining accurate balances and following proper procedures
• Conduct administrative functions as necessary

Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old for duties involving radiography.
One year related experience required, with customer service preferred.
Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical) with medical terminology training is preferred.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks under distracting conditions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Demonstrated organizational ability and problem-solving skills.
Client service skills ensuring attentive and informative service.
Mathematical ability for basic calculations and conversions.
Comfortable using computers and specialized software.
