In your role as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Leading interactive and supportive sessions where clients can share experiences, find community, and learn from one another’s journeys.
• Conducting Individual Therapy: Providing personalized counseling to help clients explore thoughts and feelings, develop coping strategies, and create actionable plans tailored to their unique needs.
• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborating with clients to design individualized, goal-oriented plans that address their specific mental health challenges and objectives.
• Monitoring Progress: Utilizing various assessment tools to evaluate and document client progress, adjusting treatment strategies accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, communicating effectively to coordinate care, discuss complex cases, and enhance the overall client experience.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A current and valid license as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
