You will work as an essential clinical partner alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, and care teams across:Gynecologic oncology and specialty cancer careInfusion therapy support and patient monitoringHormone optimization and performance medicineMedical weight loss programsAesthetic and wellness servicesEmerging protocols across the Optimum platformYou'll practice at the intersection of clinical care and human connection - and help define what an exceptional patient experience looks like. What You'll OwnClinical & Patient CareGreet and room patients, escort to exam rooms, and establish a warm, professional environment from the moment they arrive.Perform and document vital signs, patient histories, and pre-visit assessments accurately and thoroughly.Assist physicians and APPs with procedures, examinations, and clinical tasks across oncology and specialty care settings.Administer medications, injections, and treatments as directed by the clinical team and per established protocols.Operate clinical equipment including EKG machines, glucometers, pulse oximeters, spirometers, and other devices as required.Patient Education & SupportPrepare patients for procedures and explain clinical processes clearly and compassionately.Provide discharge instructions and post-visit care guidance as directed by the provider.Serve as a calm, reassuring presence for patients navigating complex or challenging diagnoses.Care CoordinationCollaborate with physicians, APPs, infusion nurses, schedulers, and administrative staff for seamless care delivery.Manage exam room turnover, supply inventory, and clinical readiness to support high patient volumes.Communicate effectively with the care team regarding patient status, updates, and outstanding needs.Documentation & ComplianceMaintain accurate, timely, and complete records in EMR systems per regulatory and practice standards.Follow all safety, infection-control, HIPAA, and medication handling requirements without exception.Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and the patient experience.Participate in team huddles, training, and quality initiatives.Raise the standard through your presence, preparation, and example. What Success Looks LikeFirst 90 DaysIndependently rooming patients and completing pre-visit workflows.Demonstrating mastery of clinical protocols across both practices.Building trust with patients, providers, and teammates.Consistently delivering accurate, timely documentation.First 6 MonthsTrusted clinical partner to physicians and APPs.Contributing improvement ideas and process enhancements.Demonstrating strong ownership and sound clinical judgment.First YearViewed as a culture carrier and clinical anchor on the team.Helping elevate the patient experience and operational excellence.Consistently embodying the Optimum Standard. Who Thrives HereWe want people who bring relentless positivity, a hunger to learn, and the drive to elevate everyone around them.
