Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician, OSP Field Operations specialized in fiber optics to join our team. As a Technician, OSP Field Operations at Ezee Fiber, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining our high-performance fiber optic network. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in FTTH installation and fiber construction/pulling/splicing, who are passionate about technology, enjoy working outdoors, and are eager to grow their technical skills in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications

• Assist with the installation, splicing, and testing of fiber optic cables.
• Support maintenance and repair activities for fiber optic infrastructure.
• Conduct basic site surveys and report findings to senior technicians or engineers.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment such as fusion splicers and OTDRs.
• Follow safety protocols and industry standards during all field operations.
• Document work performed, including installation details and service outcomes.
• Respond to service calls and assist with emergency repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Participate in training programs to develop technical competencies and stay current with industry trends.
