Join us as our Lab Operations Manager.

This role ensures the lab delivers best-in-class service, quality, compliance, and profitability while supporting brand growth and innovation across the organization

Your career expertise will demonstrate

  • Production Leadership: Driving efficiency, workflow optimization, and performance monitoring of laboratory technicians.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring adherence to optical, FDA, and HIPPA regulations and managing laboratory equipment/quality control protocols.
  • Operational Management: Monitoring inventory control, staff scheduling, and safety protocols to ensure timely delivery of products. Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Brand, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.

Preferred requirements include:

  • ABOC certification or Licensed Optician required.
  • Experience in optical manufacturing or Rx lab environments, including multi-level leadership responsibility.

Exceptional benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance and retirement plan. Pay range: 120-130k and incentives. Relocation available.
