What is an optical frame representative?

An Optical Frame Representative is a sales professional who works for eyewear manufacturers or distributors, promoting and selling optical frames to optometrists, optical shops, and retail stores. They are responsible for showcasing the latest frame collections, educating clients about product features, negotiating sales terms, and maintaining client relationships. Optical Frame Representatives often travel within assigned territories to meet with clients, attend industry events, and stay updated on eyewear trends. Their role is crucial in connecting eyewear brands with retailers and ensuring customers have access to a variety of stylish and functional frame options.

What are the main responsibilities of an optical frame representative?

An Optical Frame Representative typically spends their week visiting optical retailers and eye care professionals to showcase new frame collections, provide product training, and manage orders.
