???? Position Overview
The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in strengthening and expanding relationships with existing CDL accounts across the region. This position is focused on improving customer experience, increasing patient access to Cardiac PET, and helping practices drive both clinical and financial performance.
Success in this role comes from building trust, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring our partners fully benefit from CDLโs service offerings.
???? What Youโll Do
โข Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
โข Serve as a trusted partner to customers, enhancing their experience with CDL services
โข Identify opportunities to expand services and increase patient access to Cardiac PET
โข Negotiate contracts and close agreements focused on long-term value
โข Manage and oversee accounts throughout the full lifecycle of each agreement
โข Ensure successful implementation and ongoing delivery of services
โข Respond promptly to customer needs and effectively manage escalations
โข Collaborate across teams to support customer success and business growth

What Weโre Looking For
โข Bachelorโs degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred
โข 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or client-focused roles
โข Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot
โข Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
โข Proven ability to deliver solutions that meet client needs
โข Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-driven
โข Strong organizational and analytical skills
โข Ability to travel up to 75%
