Position Overview:Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative in our Optical Laboratory. We're seeking a dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers. If you're detail-oriented, fluent in both English and Spanish, and have a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Process prescription orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers.
  • Assist customers with placing orders and resolving issues.
  • Perform light office duties as needed.

Necessary Skills:

  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledgeable about optical field terminology and practices.
  • Familiarity with single vision/progressive lenses, lens materials, PD-height-add-prism.
  • Previous experience in an optical store, optometry practice, or laboratory.
